Responsibilities
- Own complex service and platform designs end to end
- Pair with security and platform on secure delivery defaults
- Mentor senior engineers and raise engineering bar
- Write clear RFCs and operational runbooks
Requirements
- 8+ years building production distributed systems
- Strong API and service design judgment
- Comfortable with cloud, CI/CD, and observability
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated industries
- Prior staff or principal-level ownership
